Occasionally special exhibitions were held by the Guild at the Whitworth Art Gallery on Oxford Road in addition to the annual shows. (No. 1) An entry on 1 May 1939 in Barron and Larcher's order book includes a long list of materials sent for the Guild exhibition to be held there that year between 19 May-17 June. (No. 2)
