| Description | This painting shows the Town Hall, The Hague after a fall of snow. The Town Hall is the large Renaissance building on the left. The snow is already beginning to thaw and track marks can be seen along the road. In the foreground, a woman is driven in a horse-drawn sleigh. On the left, the local bourgeoisie are filing out of church and on the right is a fishmongers. | |
