| Description |
To the left is the archway of a bridge. To the right a weathered stone building. In the foreground a gathering of people, horses, pack mules, goats and sheep. A woman sits on a horse centrally with a riderless horse in front of her. A blacksmith is shoeing a mule in front of that. To the right some figures sit at a table below an improvised awning while on the parapet of the bridge, women are hanging clothes to dry. |
