| Notes | In portfolio with items F.130.1-4, F.131.1-3, F.132.1-2, these are the Goldsmiths' Hall designs, made between 1882 and 1884. The date given to this drawing relates to the fact that it came as part of a V&A gift which includes not only the Goldsmiths' designs (the dates of which are certain), but also a number of other drawings (F.133-137) which were probably made between 1880 and 1882 (on either the Pugin tour of the West Country 1881, or the two Soane tours of North France in 1880 and 1882). | |
