The difference between the issue price of 70.80 and par at 100Frs is 29Frs.20, i.e. over 40% of the payment made. You pay: [details of payments and rates follow]. Treasury certificates provided with coupons are handed over immediately with no formalities. Option of settlement in 4 stages [details of terms and conditions follow]. The 4% income bond is guaranteed for 25 years against any conversion, it will be negotiable on the stock exchange.
