A small brown-flecked Elo Ware plate from the 1930s. It was manufactured by Birkby's Ltd who was the first British firm to manufacture moulded articles. It was a founder member of the British Plastics Moulding Trade Association, founded in 1932.This item forms part of the Plastics Historical Society (PHS) collection. |
