A rectangular book rack made in four separate compression mouldings from phenol formaldehyde. The shelf slopes from front to back and has arched ends and a plain back. It was made by Thomas de la Rue specifically to hold the Arthur Mee's Children's Encyclopeadia This item forms part of the Plastics Historical Society (PHS) collection. |
