Stage Four: Scenarios after deposit


The final stage in this toolkit presents four different scenarios for researchers with work already in the live repository. The following examples are based on the UCA Research Online repository but can be adapted to other institutions:

  1. Editing your material once it is in the research repository.
  2. Linking your research outputs to other items using the 'projects or series name' field.
  3. Obtaining download statistics for your research outputs.
  4. Providing feedback on using the research repository or making suggestions for improvements.
